When sourcing products from Asia, quality assurance is critical! Quality assurance is embedded into every
aspect of our Program Management process providing assurance that your industrial products from Asia will
conform to your specifications. We assure exact conformance to your specifications by:
- In-house inspection – our Asia business partners and suppliers have internal quality processes
including inspection, equipment, and staff. Part of their routine process includes approval of pre-
production products.
- Third party inspection – our quality assurance personnel are leveraged to verify perfect conformance to
your specifications. These employees are headquartered , and perform their work on-site in Asia.
Detailed quality assurance reports are prepared.
- First article samples and reports – detailed first article reports are
prepared from first article samples. Each are supplied for your
approval prior to production of parts or subassemblies.
- U.S. based engineering input – our USA-based Mechanical/Product Engineers can provide valuable
engineering input during the sourcing of your products from Asia.
